About

Built by a small team, for residential cleaning operators with real recurring books.

We make one product, a trade-native AI operations layer, for a specific kind of shop, residential cleaning operators between $300K and $10M in annual revenue. The whole company is organized around doing that well.

Why residential cleaning specifically.

Residential cleaning is among the most underserved trades in the AI tooling market. The whole industry runs on recurring revenue, but most operators do not run their retention like a recurring-revenue business. The software is excellent at tracking what happened. It is not built to make the calls happen.

Residential cleaning is also one of the most fragmented major trades. There is no dominant national brand. The biggest franchises serve a small share of the market. The rest is operators with one cleaner to twenty-five, running on local reputation, recurring relationships, and thin margins.

That fragmentation is what we serve. Not by replacing your software, but by operating alongside it.

How we're different from horizontal AI vendors.

Generic AI receptionists are horizontal products with a "house cleaning" landing page. The actual AI does not know to steer a family of four with two dogs toward biweekly, that a missed-bathroom complaint is a one-hour churn event, or that the deep clean is the moment to pitch recurring. It uses the same qualification script it uses for dentists and e-commerce stores.

That is not enough anymore. A homeowner comparing a one-time deep clean to a recurring plan, or a property manager scoping a recurring office contract, needs an answer from something that understands residential cleaning. Our AI handles these natively because we built it around the cleaning business model from day one.

How we're different from cleaning software.

Jobber, Housecall Pro, and QuoteIQ are system-of-record tools. They store data, they schedule jobs, they handle billing and invoicing. They do not make the call to the client who just emailed a cancellation notice. They do not return the complaint before it becomes a one-star review. They do not convert the deep clean into a recurring plan while the home is still pristine.

We are the doing layer. Your software knows you have 247 clients; we know which 12 are at risk this week and what to say to keep them.

How the business model actually works.

Flat monthly fee. Three tiers. Month-to-month, no contract. Free prototype. No per-call, no per-minute, no overage.

Boring. Deliberately. The entire category we compete with charges by volume, which is backwards, charging customers more exactly when call volume spikes (spring cleaning rush, move-out season, post-holiday surges) creates the wrong incentive on both sides.

We would rather have a client who stays five years at flat pricing than one who overages their way out in six months.

Who we're not for.

If you have 15 clients and know all of them by name, this is overkill. If you are a national franchise with thousands of locations and a dedicated AI team, this is probably too hands-on, we are opinionated about prototypes, and your procurement cycle will outlast the time it takes us to build.

We fit best with shops running 20 to 500 recurring clients, a team of 1 to 25 cleaners, and the operational maturity to know exactly which clients you have been losing and why.
